How to cook Cottage cheese pie with nuts and dried fruits without baking
Instead of cakes, I cook a healthy dessert of cottage cheese and condensed milk for children. The basis is nuts and dried fruits
Lightly fry the nuts, only to warm up well in a frying pan and a ruddy crust begins to form. When the nut is brought to this level of readiness, then when it cools down, it is easily kneaded, split, crushed without difficulty, and the taste is much better. You can chop the nuts, you can leave them whole.
Cut dried fruits. You can choose a uniform uniform cut for all types, or you can leave different sizes.
Put honey, fresh cottage cheese and condensed milk in a blender bowl and beat at high speed for at least 2-3 minutes so that the mass turns into cream. Melt gelatin in a water bath, add it to the curd mass and mix thoroughly.
Mix the milk mass with nuts, dried fruits and ready-made airy rice grains. Mix well.
We put the mixture in a container, which was previously lined with a film (food).
We put it in the refrigerator. The speed of freezing and the uniformity of solidification directly depends on the container in which the dessert is. For example: in a plastic bowl, the dessert will harden slowly, but completely evenly, in a metal bowl it hardens quickly (the metal walls cool faster), but in the center the freezing will be weaker, so it’s better to wait longer, do not rush to take it out, seeing that the cake is solid outside. Just check readiness periodically. I make this dessert in the evening and leave it in the refrigerator overnight.
