Wash and dry the cranberries.
In a deep bowl, break the eggs, add sugar, beat with a mixer. Add salt, baking powder, milk, mix.
Pour in vegetable oil, sifted flour (preferably in parts, not all at once). The dough should have the consistency of thick sour cream.
