How to make Cupcakes with cherries
When you want to treat yourself to dessert, you can make cupcakes for tea. For the filling, you can use cherries, then the cupcake will be with a slight sourness.
Wash the cherries, dry them, and sprinkle with sugar and starch.
Take the margarine out of the refrigerator in advance so that it becomes soft. Cut it into pieces.
Mix margarine, eggs, flour, baking powder, vanilla and mayonnaise in a bowl. The dough should not be liquid.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Lubricate the mold with sunflower oil, Put a little dough on the bottom, then a few pieces of cherries and again the dough, fill the molds with 2/3 dough. I also put some berries on top.
Put in the oven for 45 minutes, check the readiness of the cupcakes with a wooden skewer. The dough should not stick to the skewer.
