How to make Dalgona Coffee (cappuccino)
Many Russians probably like to drink coffee in the morning, during the day or even in the evening. A fragrant and cooling drink is especially good when you cook it yourself according to a special recipe. Today’s coffee is not subject to brewing, but, nevertheless, it is also delicious and much healthier than regular coffee. Just do not use whole grains ground in a coffee grinder when preparing this recipe. They are good for cooking, but in our case instant coffee is needed. Otherwise, nothing will work.
To prepare a coffee drink according to Dalgon’s recipe, any deep metal container, even a small saucepan, is suitable.
Let’s print out a jar of instant coffee. We will pour granules or powder into our container in the amount of two tablespoons (it is possible with a slide).
Now add granulated sugar there, mix it dry, and then pour a small portion of water (boiling water).
All this needs to be beaten with a mixer very carefully. Whisk for ten minutes. If you use a manual method of whipping, for example with a whisk, then you need to do it a little longer. After that, we stir for a while with a fork, and then with a spoon.
After all these manipulations, the mass of the mixture should lighten and increase in volume.
Pour milk into a glass, lay ice and add to it two full spoons of whipped coffee mass, which should be in the form of a lush foam (you can have more, you should get a «cap»).
