Easter is always associated with cakes. I always bake them myself, my recipe is time-tested and has never failed.
How to cook a delicious cake with raisins
Raisins can be replaced with candied fruits, dried apricots or nuts. In any case, it will turn out delicious!
Yeast should be added to warm milk, then add 500 g of sifted flour. Mix well and put in a warm place. Cover with a towel. Leave for 30 minutes. If there is no time, then you can put it in the oven, heated to 40 degrees.
Separate the whites from the yolks. Rub the yolks with vanilla and ordinary sugar. Whisk the proteins with a pinch of salt into a persistent foam.
Add the yolks to the sourdough, mix. Add softened butter. At the last moment, carefully transfer the proteins, mix. Add the sifted flour, raisins. The dough should be slightly sticky.
We lubricate the forms. The dough needs to be decomposed into molds and allowed to rise, for this you need to put it in the oven for 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 100 degrees. The forms must be filled in by 1/2 or 1/3!Bake for 20-50 minutes, depending on the shape, at a temperature of 180 degrees. We check the readiness with a toothpick.
While the cakes are being baked, we will prepare the glaze. After we take them out of the oven, they need to be covered immediately.
