    Separate the whites from the yolks. Rub the yolks with vanilla and ordinary sugar. Whisk the proteins with a pinch of salt into a persistent foam.


    Add the yolks to the sourdough, mix. Add softened butter. At the last moment, carefully transfer the proteins, mix. Add the sifted flour, raisins. The dough should be slightly sticky.


    We lubricate the forms. The dough needs to be decomposed into molds and allowed to rise, for this you need to put it in the oven for 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 100 degrees.
