1. Chop the raw broccoli in a blender. Very finely, it turns out like porridge. |

Potatoes and carrots are peeled and boiled until tender (I cook for about 30 minutes). |

Ready carrots and potatoes are grated on a fine grater. |

Mix all 3 ingredients, adding salt and ground black pepper to taste. Add the egg and beat it well. |

I take a tablespoon of vegetable dough and form small flat balls with my hands, pressing the mass. |

Dip on both sides in breadcrumbs and fry in oil until a beautiful brown crust on both sides. Then add water and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the liquid disappears. |
