    The dough must be kneaded with the addition of flour to obtain a tight dough. Sprinkle the table with flour and spread our bun. We knead and stir the dough for 15 minutes, periodically adding flour. When the dough stops sticking and becomes tight, we form a bun. We wrap it in a bag and leave it to infuse for an hour or two.


    Roll out the dough into a thin pancake and cut out round blanks for dumplings. Remember that dumplings need bigger roundels than dumplings.


    We put cherries in each blank and sprinkle with sugar. We put the berries on the eye — how much fits in the dumpling and does not interfere with sealing the edges. If you are too lazy to make curls, then you can pass the edge with a fork.
