The great Easter holiday is approaching, which is celebrated by all Orthodox people not only in Russia, but also in other countries. Easter recipes also have a wide variety. One of the most delicious, delicate and visually attractive desserts is cherry-chocolate cottage cheese Easter.
Defrost the cherry berries and remove the bones from them.
Mix the cottage cheese with butter, egg yolks and granulated sugar. It is better to use an immersion blender or mixer for this.
Mix the cherries with starch and vanilla sugar.
Bring the curd mass to a slow boil and remove it from the stove after three minutes. Shake the mass with a blender.
The cherry crushed in a blender will also be brought to a boil and boiled until thickened.
The curd mass is divided into two parts. Add cherries to one and melted chocolate to the other. Put cold cream in each of the mixtures, and mix everything qualitatively.
In a special form for Easter, put a clean gauze cloth. Fill it alternately with cherry and chocolate mixture. We put it in the refrigerator.
After solidification, carefully release from the mold.
