How to cook Eggs stuffed with tuna and pickled cucumber
The combination of tuna with eggs and pickled cucumbers is unusual and quite tasty. I highly recommend trying it.
In addition to cucumber, you can add herbs, onions, olives, spices.
I prefer to use canned tuna in my own juice in the recipe and pre-drain all the liquid.
Step-by-step recipe

Boil hard-boiled eggs in tech. 10 minutes. Peel and cut in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and chop them separately in a container with a fork to fine crumbs. |

Peel the boiled carrots and grate them on a fine grater. |

Cut cucumbers into small cubes and add to the yolks. Add grated carrots to the same place. |

Add tuna and dressing in the form of salad yogurt or mayonnaise. |

Salt as desired, but you can skip this step, because there is a pickled cucumber in the filling. You can also pepper and add other spices (for example, paprika). Then mix everything well. |

Using a teaspoon, fill the protein boats with the filling. Before serving, you can decorate the top with fresh herbs. You can also put a snack on lettuce leaves. |
