How to make a Festive Mimosa salad
The salad can be served both for a regular lunch and for a festive one. Thanks to our original presentation, it will look great on the table!
In advance, you need to cook potatoes, carrots and hard-boiled eggs.
Let’s take a plate with an even bottom, put a culinary round ring on it. If it is not there, then the layers can be formed manually.
We knead canned fish on a plate and form a second layer. Lubricate with mayonnaise. Cut the onion and place the fish on top. The next layer will consist of carrots, grated on a coarse grater. Add salt and grease with mayonnaise. Do not forget to seal each layer!
Boiled eggs are divided into whites and yolks. Grate all the egg whites on a coarse grater and place the carrots on top. Lubricate with mayonnaise. We do the same with yolks.
Carefully remove the cooking ring. Finely chop the dill and decorate the sides of the salad. On top of tomatoes and dill, we form a decoration. Our salad is ready! Bon Appetit!
