How to make a Festive Mimosa salad
The salad can be served both for a regular lunch and for a festive one. Thanks to our original presentation, it will look great on the table!
Step-by-step recipe

In advance, you need to cook potatoes, carrots and hard-boiled eggs. |

Let’s take a plate with an even bottom, put a culinary round ring on it. If it is not there, then the layers can be formed manually. |

We knead canned fish on a plate and form a second layer. Lubricate with mayonnaise. Cut the onion and place the fish on top. The next layer will consist of carrots, grated on a coarse grater. Add salt and grease with mayonnaise. Do not forget to seal each layer! |

Boiled eggs are divided into whites and yolks. Grate all the egg whites on a coarse grater and place the carrots on top. Lubricate with mayonnaise. We do the same with yolks. |

Carefully remove the cooking ring. Finely chop the dill and decorate the sides of the salad. On top of tomatoes and dill, we form a decoration. Our salad is ready! Bon Appetit! |
