How to cook Fried Cherry Pies
Pies are a native Russian dish. Where are all the hamburgers, hot dogs and other fast food imposed on a Russian person from abroad before them. Fried, baked, large, small, with a variety of fillings pies occupy the most worthy place in the world of cooking. Today we will fry delicious and ruddy cherry pies.
Cherries must be taken out of the freezer in advance and put on defrosting. Then pour into a colander and drain the excess liquid formed after it.
Now quickly knead the dough. To do this, pour the required amount of sifted white flour into the container. Add salt, granulated sugar, half a teaspoon of baking soda and a chicken egg.
In the microwave or on the stove, we will warm up the kefir a little. Pour it into a container with flour and other ingredients.
Knead the dough, gradually adding flour. The finished dough should be set aside for a while. While it is being defended, let’s do the filling.
Sprinkle the cherries with granulated sugar and mix. Cut the dough into portions and roll out the circles.
We put a portion of cherries on each juicer with a spoon. Pinch the edges and lightly press down with the palm of your hand, slightly flattening the pies.
Fry in a frying pan, liberally greased with some vegetable oil. It is better to first hold the finished fried pies on a paper towel in order to get rid of excess oil, and only then put them on plates.
