Cherries must be taken out of the freezer in advance and put on defrosting. Then pour into a colander and drain the excess liquid formed after it. |

Now quickly knead the dough. To do this, pour the required amount of sifted white flour into the container. Add salt, granulated sugar, half a teaspoon of baking soda and a chicken egg. |

In the microwave or on the stove, we will warm up the kefir a little. Pour it into a container with flour and other ingredients. |

Knead the dough, gradually adding flour. The finished dough should be set aside for a while. While it is being defended, let’s do the filling. |

Sprinkle the cherries with granulated sugar and mix. Cut the dough into portions and roll out the circles. |
