How to cook Fried Chicken Tapaka with garlic
In tiktok I found an awesome recipe for chicken Tapaka (Tobacco). Cooked at home for the family, the meat turns out to be very tender and delicious, and most importantly crispy and juicy. I think even a beginner can handle it.
Garlic is cleaned and crushed. The greens are washed, dried and finely chopped. Mix garlic, herbs and vegetable oil. We put the garlic dressing aside.
We cut the chicken carcass in the middle of the chest and open it like a book.
Mix vegetable oil, white wine, salt, hot ground pepper, ground black pepper. Lubricate the chicken with this marinade.
We send the chicken to the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to marinate, pre-wrapped in plastic wrap. If you have little time, you can leave the carcass for 30 minutes at room temperature.
When our chicken is marinated, we put a large thick frying pan on medium heat. We warm it up with vegetable and butter.
We send the chicken wings down to the frying pan. Cover the carcass with a lid, which is slightly smaller in diameter than the frying pan. We put a heavy load on top (oppression). Fry the poultry meat for 10-15 minutes, after which we remove the load with the lid, turn the chicken over and put the load back on. Fry for another 10 minutes.
We lubricate the finished Tapaka chicken with garlic dressing and serve it to the table. Bon Appetit!
