How to cook Fried fish on skewers
A simple, fast and very original recipe for cooking any small fish. I take capelin, as it is a very tender and delicious fish in itself.
To begin with, we wash the capelin and dry it well with paper towels.
Now we are preparing breading for fish. In a bowl I put 150 grams of flour, 1.5 teaspoons of salt and half a teaspoon of red pepper. And mix everything thoroughly.
Those who do not like to remove their heads can do so, I like without a head, so I remove the head, make an incision and remove the insides.
Now we string capelin on skewers of 3-4 pieces (my skewers are small).
We take skewers with capelin and abundantly crumble on both sides.
We put the frying pan on the fire and wait until it heats up well. Pour 50 grams of vegetable oil. And then carefully lower the fish on skewers. Fry on medium heat on both sides until golden brown. The cooking time will take about 5-7 minutes.
