How to cook Fried Sardines
To cook sardines, you just need to peel and fry them in olive oil. I suggest a variant with a marinade of lemon juice and paprika. The dish is both the simplest and at the same time fragrant and slightly crispy.

Finely grated garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, black pepper and smoked paprika mix well. |

Take the cleaned scales and heads, gutted and washed sardines and put them evenly in one layer into the mold. The shallow one for baking is best suited for this. |

Pour the sardines with marinade and marinate for 20-30 minutes. |

When the frying pan with oil is heated, remove the sardines from the marinade and roll in flour. Then fry for an average of ~ 8-10 minutes on one side, then on the other. Focus on the readiness of the meat, the fish should keep its shape, and the crust should grab. Try not to overcook, because the fish will turn out dry. |
