How to cook Fried shrimp in orange-garlic sauce with parsley
Tiger prawns are not a dish for every day. And if for every day, then you are very lucky. But nevertheless, just frying such shrimps in vegetable oil is a real sacrilege. There are a great many options for their preparation in exquisite sauces, and some of them do not even require any special, unique ingredients. The one that I will offer you, you can easily cook literally from what you have at hand.
Tiger shrimps should be pre-washed with cold water, cleaned of hard shells and carefully removed with a knife from the esophagus. To do this, cut the backs of the shrimp and pry the insides with the tip of a knife.
Finely chop the greens: parsley and garlic. Rub a tablespoon of zest from an orange, and squeeze the remaining pulp into juice.
Heat the frying pan and heat the butter in it. Carefully pour in the orange juice and pour out the garlic, parsley and zest. The sauce is kept on medium heat until thickened for about 5-6 minutes. Stir occasionally.
We put the shrimp directly into the sauce. We keep them on each side for 2-3 minutes. You can additionally add salt or pepper for piquancy.
Ready-made shrimps are best served as a hot snack, additionally decorated with parsley sprigs on top to give a unique flavor. Such shrimps can be eaten not only with absolutely any side dishes, but also as a full-fledged main dish.
