Tiger prawns are not a dish for every day. And if for every day, then you are very lucky. But nevertheless, just frying such shrimps in vegetable oil is a real sacrilege. There are a great many options for their preparation in exquisite sauces, and some of them do not even require any special, unique ingredients. Tiger shrimps should be pre-washed with cold water, cleaned of hard shells and carefully removed with a knife from the esophagus. To do this, cut the backs of the shrimp and pry the insides with the tip of a knife. |

Finely chop the greens: parsley and garlic. Rub a tablespoon of zest from an orange, and squeeze the remaining pulp into juice. |

Heat the frying pan and heat the butter in it. Carefully pour in the orange juice and pour out the garlic, parsley and zest. The sauce is kept on medium heat until thickened for about 5-6 minutes. Stir occasionally. |
