How to make Grated Jam Pie
Grated jam pie is a very simple recipe, even a schoolboy can handle it. But, at the same time, it is very good in its taste.
Beat the eggs with sugar, not too long, but so that they turn white, add the butter and beat again. You will get an air mass.
Then sift the flour, so that there are no lumps and it is saturated with oxygen, mix with soda and vanilla sugar. And carefully knead the dough. It should turn out not sticky and not liquid.
After dividing the dough into two parts and wrapping it, put one part in the freezer for half an hour.
And roll out the second part in a thin layer according to the size of your baking sheet. And try to distribute the jam evenly over the dough.
The cooled part of the dough, three on a grater directly on the jam.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, and bake the pie for about half an hour.
