How to cook Green Hummus — an original snack
What green hummus is not made from: chickpeas, avocado, peas, various herbs, herbs and a huge variety of other ingredients. This opens up a field for experiments and simplifies our task — we can do anything! But it’s right to do it on the basis of chickpeas.

It is necessary to soak chickpeas overnight (at least 6 hours). Then boil it for 30-40 minutes. Cook the green peas until tender. Before cooking hummus, chickpeas and green peas need to be cooled. Prepare the rest: peel and finely chop the garlic, squeeze the lemon juice. We throw everything into the blender bowl. |

Grind. (It can be passed through a meat grinder). Add oil, tahini and spices. You can add any spicy herbs. Ideal when you have fresh herbs. But dried ones will also do — 1 spoon is enough for our recipe. |

Be sure to achieve uniformity. If you use a meat grinder, then it is worth scrolling through the hummus several times. If it turns out too dry, then add water. At the very end, we try and add salt to our own taste. |

Ready hummus is served to the table. It should be remembered that this is a very satisfying and heavy snack because of legumes. Traditionally, thin cakes are spread with hummus. It goes well with fresh vegetables and meat dishes. |
