How to cook Hearty draniki with minced meat
It’s easier than this dish and difficult to come up with. Simplicity and excellent taste complement each other, turning draniki into a favorite snack for the whole family.
Add finely chopped onion to the minced pork (you can grind it through a meat grinder, then the taste will be more tender). Add salt.
Peel the raw potatoes, wash and grate them on a fine grater. Let stand for 10 minutes in order to drain the excess liquid. Drain the juice. Add egg, flour, salt. Mix everything well. Pour the seasoning for potatoes, black pepper and dry garlic. This will give the draniki an additional taste and aroma.
Take the grated potatoes in the palm of your hand, put a spoonful of minced meat on top and potatoes again. Then form a cutlet with your hands. Carefully pressing down so that the draniki do not fall apart when frying.
Next, fry the formed cutlets in vegetable oil in a frying pan until golden brown on both sides over low heat.
Put the finished draniki on a plate and garnish with dill and parsley. Serve on the table with sour cream. Enjoy your meal.
