Tomatoes are better to take fleshy fresh and ripe. I advise you to take fresh rosemary and grind it with a mortar… the aroma will be delicious!
How to make Homemade bread with dried tomatoes, garlic and rosemary
The amount of additives: dried tomatoes, rosemary, garlic, you can adjust to taste.
Peel, rinse, chop the garlic finely or squeeze it out through a garlic chopper.
Wash the tomatoes, cut into slices, add salt, pour 2 teaspoons of olive oil, add garlic from 2 cloves, mix. Put it on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, send it to the preheated oven for 3 hours, at a temperature of 60-70 degrees. This is a recipe for dried tomatoes. But, of course, it is most convenient to use ready-made dried tomatoes.
Knead the dough. In a deep bowl, pour the flour sifted through a sieve, add salt. Pour warm water, knead a soft dough. Add the rosemary ground in a mortar and the remaining garlic.
Remove the tomatoes from the oven, chop finely and combine with the dough. Mix well. Cover the dough with cling film, let it rise in a warm place. It should increase in size. After the dough has risen, knead. Cover again with a film and put in a warm place to rise for another 30-50 minutes.
Divide the dough into two equal parts.
