How to make a Homemade Tarhun drink
This drink came to us from the Caucasus many years ago. It will not only perfectly quench your thirst on a hot summer day, but also fill the body with useful vitamins.

We prepare all the necessary ingredients. |

Coarsely cut or pick large pieces of tarragon and put it in a blender container and cover with sugar. |

Cut a medium-sized lemon into several pieces and add it to a bowl with grass and grind it to a mushy and homogeneous state. |

Then transfer to a convenient container and pour boiling water over everything. Let it cool down, and during this time the aroma of tarragon and lemon will open well, the aroma of tarragon will become more saturated. |

The infused tincture is well filtered, it is better to do it through gauze folded 3- 4 times. The resulting juice is diluted with mineral water and mixed. |
