No good holiday is conceivable without the main dish – cake. But this wonderful delicacy can be made not only on holidays, but also, for example, for a romantic evening. It is such a cake in the form of a large flaming heart that we will prepare today.
Prepare the shortbread dough. In a bowl, sift the white flour of the highest grade, throw powdered sugar, baking powder and mix everything well.
Grind the butter on a grater and add it to the flour.
Separate the whites from the yolks. Add the yolks to the flour and knead a tight dough.
Divide the dough into three identical parts and put it in the refrigerator for an hour.
In the meantime, let’s do the cream. Put butter in a bowl, pour in a portion of condensed milk, vanilla and red food coloring. Beat with a mixer until a creamy mass is obtained. The cream can also be put away in the refrigerator for now.
Take out the dough and start rolling it out one by one. It is better to roll out immediately on parchment paper. In the form of a heart, we cut out a figure.
We cut out small hearts from the edges.
We collect the trimmings, roll them out again and cut out the hearts. You can bake them and also get a delicious dessert or decorate our cake on top.
We put the tenderloin on a baking sheet and prick the dough with a fork. Bake the cake at a temperature of 180 C for about 10-15 minutes or until ready. We will do the same with the rest of the test.
The cooled cakes are collected in a cake, liberally greasing each of them with the prepared cream. Cover with the next cake and lubricate again.
