How to cook Korean yeast buns with cheese
Delicious and very fragrant buns made of yeast dough, stuffed with cheese, smeared with garlic butter will be an ideal breakfast or just delicious pastries for tea. They can also be used instead of bread for borscht or soup.

Prepare the dough. Pour the yeast sugar and salt into a bowl, pour warm milk and let it stand for 15 minutes so that the yeast «starts playing». Meanwhile, melt the butter and let it cool down a little. In a bowl with yeast, add butter, mix, then gradually introduce flour and knead the dough. It will be a little sticky. But this will pass after the dough has stood. |

Cover the dough with a kitchen towel and leave it in a warm place for 40 minutes, the dough should grow 2 times. Then we knead it well and leave it to rise for another 30 minutes. |

Prepare the filling and coating. Cut the cheese into small cubes. Melt the butter, salt it. Add the squeezed garlic and chopped parsley, mix everything thoroughly. |

The dough has risen. We divide it into several identical balls, having previously lubricated our hands with sunflower oil. We spread the blanks on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Let it stand for 15 minutes to raise the dough. |

Turn on the oven at 180 degrees, preheat. After warming up, we put a baking sheet with buns in the oven on the middle level. bake for 25 minutes. |
