How to cook Lean pancakes with mushrooms and parsley
In this recipe I will tell you how to quickly and very tasty cook lean pancakes with mushrooms and herbs, in our case with champignons and parsley.

Preparation of yeast: We take a glass and pour our yeast into it. Then fill them with warm water and sugar a little. While the yeast is standing, let’s prepare the text itself.

Test preparation: We take out a deep bowl and a sieve. Through it, we sift part of the flour and salt, exclusively to your taste. Mix the dry ingredients and then add the swollen yeast to the flour. Take a whisk and mix the whole mass by hand, gradually adding the remaining flour and warm water. The whisk should be stirred quickly so that lumps do not form in the dough. Then cover the bowl with a film and leave for 10 minutes until the dough rises slightly.

Preparation of mushrooms and parsley: While the dough is rising, take the champignons. We clean them from the outer skin and rinse them in warm water. With a knife, we cut the mushrooms into small arbitrary cubes. Parsley, to your taste, who likes more greens, who likes less, we wash and cut finely.

Roasting mushrooms: Take a frying pan and add vegetable oil. After the oil heats up, we throw off the mushrooms and, stirring, fry for 3-4 minutes.

Making pancakes: We take the greens and mushrooms and throw them into the total mass for pancakes. In the same frying pan in vegetable oil, fry the pancakes for 4-5 minutes.
