How to make Lemonade with strawberries
The basis of this drink is usually lemon juice, water, sugar. A light pink shade is given by strawberries, unlike lemonade bought in the store. As a rule, store versions contain a large amount of sugar.
You can decide for yourself how much sugar to add and which filler to choose — strawberries, raspberries, cranberries, any other crushed fruits and berries. Also, instead of sugar, you can add honey, maple syrup, etc.
Fresh or frozen will do. strawberries (no need to defrost).
You can store such lemonade in the refrigerator for about a week, but it is better to remove the mint leaves beforehand.
In a medium saucepan, combine water and honey or water and sugar. Heat over medium heat until completely dissolved. Remove from the heat.
Then add the thinly sliced lemon, lemon juice and mint leaves. Let it cool down.
Put it in the refrigerator. Let stand for about 30 minutes.
Chop the strawberries in a blender.
Add a tuber. puree into the cooled lemonade and mix thoroughly.
If desired, you can strain.
Pour into a jug. And put it back in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
