    Let’s start cooking with rice and cauliflower. To do this, thoroughly wash the cauliflower. We soak it with a paper towel. Three on a coarse grater. Chop the garlic. Boil the rice until cooked.

    Pour oil into a preheated frying pan, add garlic. Fry until the aroma appears. Add cauliflower, spices and fry until soft, stirring occasionally.
