How to make Mango and Avocado Salsa with fried shrimp
We will prepare all the necessary products and start cooking our delicious exotic shrimp dish.

Let’s start cooking with rice and cauliflower. To do this, thoroughly wash the cauliflower. We soak it with a paper towel. Three on a coarse grater. Chop the garlic. Boil the rice until cooked. Pour oil into a preheated frying pan, add garlic. Fry until the aroma appears. Add cauliflower, spices and fry until soft, stirring occasionally. |

Chop garlic, parsley and cilantro. Pepper and ginger are cleaned. Pepper is cut into small pieces, ginger can be grated (you can cut it). Mango and avocado cut into cubes. |

Turn on the stove on medium heat, put a frying pan, pour olive oil. Add garlic and ginger. The oil should be filled with the aromas of garlic and ginger. Transfer the shrimp to a frying pan. Fry on both sides. You can add ground black pepper and a pinch of salt to taste. |

Sprinkle with lemon juice, mix. Add wine. Reduce the fire, close the lid and simmer for a minute or two. |
