Rinse the raisins, pour warm water. When we become soft, pull out and dry. |

Kefir and butter should be removed from the refrigerator in advance so that it becomes room temperature. Pour semolina into a bowl and pour kefir, mix and let the semolina swell. |

We separate the whites from the yolks. Whisk the whites with salt with a mixer, add 3 tablespoons of sugar and continue to whisk until a thick white foam. |
