How to cook Meat soup with potatoes and lentils
The amount of ingredients is calculated for 3 servings. You can add spices and herbs to your taste.
Peel the onion, rinse, cut into small cubes.
Peel potatoes, rinse, cut into medium pieces. Pour cold water.
We put the cauldron on medium heat, pour vegetable oil. After the oil heats up, we send the meat to the cauldron, mix, fry for 10 minutes.
We send the onions, mix everything together. Fry the onion until golden brown, pour cold water. After the water boils, turn down the heat, add salt. Let the meat cook.
After 40-50 minutes, add carrots, potatoes. Put the fire on maximum. After another 10 minutes, add the washed lentils. If the potatoes are cooked, then the soup is ready.
Pour into deep plates, sprinkle with herbs on top.
