Peel the onion, rinse, cut into small cubes. |

Peel potatoes, rinse, cut into medium pieces. Pour cold water. |

We put the cauldron on medium heat, pour vegetable oil. After the oil heats up, we send the meat to the cauldron, mix, fry for 10 minutes. |

We send the onions, mix everything together. Fry the onion until golden brown, pour cold water. After the water boils, turn down the heat, add salt. Let the meat cook. |

After 40-50 minutes, add carrots, potatoes. Put the fire on maximum. After another 10 minutes, add the washed lentils. If the potatoes are cooked, then the soup is ready. |
