How to cook Meat stewed in cream sauce
From meat cooked according to such a recipe, you just can’t drag it by the ears!
Step-by-step recipe

Rinse the meat under running water and dry with a paper towel. Remove the skin and bones, if any. For our dish, it is better to use not too fat pork — a shoulder blade, for example, will work perfectly. Cut the meat into small bars. |

Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat over moderate heat. Then put the chopped meat there and fry, stirring, for a couple of minutes, until our pork turns white. |

Peel the onion and garlic. Chop two cloves and throw them into a frying pan with frying meat, then do the same with onions, pre-slicing it into half rings. Fry still for about 5 minutes. |

Add salt, pepper and spices to taste, then pour in the cream. It is better that their fat content is from 10 to 20% – then the dish will turn out to be quite tender and at the same time not too greasy. |

Cover the pan with a lid, then reduce the heat to a minimum and leave to simmer for about half an hour, until the meat becomes as soft and tender as we need it. |
