Cutlets made of millet, eggs and green onions. Hearty and delicious cutlets can be served both for lunch and dinner. They turn out soft, juicy and simply awesome. The recipe is very simple. It takes a minimum of your time and a maximum of saving products.
We take the millet, sort it out, wash it and boil it until ready.
Cook the egg for 7-10 minutes, cool, clean.
Boiled millet and egg are crushed with a blender or passed through a meat grinder, add green and ordinary onions.
We mix all the ingredients well, salt, pepper to taste.
Add the raw egg, mix well.
We form the cue balls. We roll on both sides in breadcrumbs.
Fry in a hot frying pan on both sides until golden brown. If you like meatballs, add water and simmer for a few minutes until the liquid evaporates.
Our cutlets are ready. They turn out tender, hearty and very tasty. It can be served without a side dish. Bon appetit to everyone!
