How to cook Zrazy from minced pork with egg and herbs
Juicy minced pork zrazy stuffed with egg and herbs will surprise not only with its filling, but also with its taste. This dish will also appeal to children, they will definitely be interested in such a delicious and unusual «surprise».
Prepare all the ingredients according to the list: peel the onion, put 4 eggs to cook until fully cooked (hard-boiled).
Soak the loaf slices in milk for 5 minutes, then squeeze well.
Onions and softened bread are sent to a blender to obtain a homogeneous mass.
In a separate bowl, mix the onion and loaf mixture together with the minced meat. Add one raw egg, pepper and salt. Not only mix, but also beat off the whole mass. Put the prepared minced meat in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Finely chop the green onions and the finished eggs. Combine the ingredients in a cup, add salt, and mix.
Divide the rested minced meat and form into identical balls. Form a flat cake from each ball.
In each tortilla, you need to put the same amount of egg-onion filling (about 1 tablespoon). Form smooth oval cutlets, hiding the filling well. Roll in breadcrumbs.
Put the zrazy in a frying pan with heated oil, and fry them over medium heat until a crust forms.
Then turn down the heat, close the lid, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until ready.
