Pork preparation: We take the pork and cut it in width into several long and thinner parts. So that the meat is not too tough, you can beat it off a little. After that, we put it on a plate, sprinkle a little salt and favorite spices so that the meat is slightly marinated. You can also add a little wine, pepper and basil. We cover the pork with cling film and leave it on the table while we prepare the filling.

Preparation of the filling: We take out the prunes and wash it. You can leave it in warm water for a couple of minutes. Then we take it out and spread it on dry paper towels so that excess moisture is absorbed. We take a board and cut the prunes into small pieces, throw them into a separate plate.
