In a deep bowl, break the eggs, add sugar, beat with a mixer. Add butter, baking powder, vanilla, salt, mix, pour in the sifted flour, beat with a mixer. Knead a soft dough. |

Divide the dough into 8-9 parts. We roll out each part into a thin layer. My diameter is 24 cm. The trimmings are also baked, they will be needed to decorate the cake. Prick with a fork in several places. Spread on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. |
