How to cook New potatoes with cheese, baked in the oven
Potatoes need to be young, so that the peel is easily removed, then the taste of the dish turns out to be more tender, and the potatoes themselves are juicy.
Boil the potatoes until half cooked. Peel and fry in oil until golden brown. If the potato is large, you can divide it into two halves.
Butter sauce: heat the flour in a frying pan until golden brown (a smell will appear, something like walnuts and ready), pour hot water into the flour, add garlic, peeled and passed through a garlic chopper. Stir the sauce, add butter to it.
Add all the spices to the sauce, a pinch of cheese (for taste), boil for a minute or two, remove from heat.
Grease the baking container with oil, put the previously fried potatoes, pour the sauce, then sprinkle with cheese (grate in advance on a fine grater).
Cover with foil, put in the oven for 15 minutes at a temperature of 150 degrees Celsius, then remove the foil and leave to bake for another 10-15 minutes or until the cheese crust is browned. Sprinkle the finished dish with parsley.
