In this recipe, I will tell you how to quickly and very tasty cook mushrooms stuffed with meat in the oven.

Preparation of mushrooms: We take out our mushrooms. I take champignons, as they are very conveniently stuffed. We wash the mushrooms under warm water, also take a knife or a cleaner and clean our mushrooms from the top peel. Once again we wash them and cut off the legs of each mushroom, these legs will still be useful to us in the cooking process.

Preparation of the filling: We take our minced chicken and put it in a deep bowl. If you have chicken breasts, just use a meat grinder. Next, take two bulbs and rinse them with warm water, remove the excess husk and put it on the board. Onions must be chopped finely, you can arbitrarily. Add finely chopped onion to the minced chicken. Then we take salt, your favorite spices, for example, paprika or pepper.

Preparation of the filling: We take our cheese and grater. It must be grated on a coarse grater, then poured into a bowl with minced meat, onions and spices. Next, we take the legs of mushrooms and finely chop them, throw them into a bowl. All our ingredients are mixed falsely thoroughly.
