We prepare pancakes, mix all the ingredients, add flour to the mixture and mix everything thoroughly with a mixer. Preheat the frying pan, just in case, smear with vegetable oil. Bake pancakes as usual, frying on one side until golden brown, then turn over and fry the second half in the same way. We continue until the end of the mixture. |

We proceed to the filling, fry the minced meat, salt, add red pepper flakes, ground black pepper. As soon as it is fried, add the onion, then add the cabbage and fry well until cooked. |
