How to cook Pasta with shrimp
Today I have a recipe for an unusual taste — pasta with shrimp. It looks delicious, and when you eat, it will be difficult to stop. This dish was once prepared by my grandfather, working in an Italian restaurant. And I decided that I would reveal this recipe to you. Nothing seems to be ordinary, but the dish is really hearty and is prepared in just 15-20 minutes.
Preparation: put a saucepan of water on the fire, as soon as it boils, add salt to taste and boil the noodles according to the instructions on the package.
To prepare the sauce… put the pan on the fire and pour olive oil. Put the shrimp and fry a little.
Add salt and finely chopped garlic or dry garlic spice. Fry, approximately, until a light blush on garlic or 1 minute.
Then put the noodles in a frying pan with shrimp, mix and warm up for a couple of minutes.
Put the pasta with shrimp in plates. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley in advance. When serving, pour the juice of a freshly squeezed lemon. And voila, the dish is ready. It was cooked for about 20 minutes.
