Ingredients for 2/4 people
250 g burrata
2 ripe peaches
basil
marjoram
Evo oil / basil oil

For the basil oil
30-35 G basil leaves
250 g extra virgin olive oil

PROCEEDING
Wash and cut the peaches into fairly thin slices. Season them with oil, salt, pepper. In a serving dish, arrange the burrates cut into pieces, add the peaches, a few leaves of basil and marjoram, pepper and a drizzle of oil. You can also use a basil flavored oil.
BASIL OIL
Blanch 5 seconds in boiling water very salted basil leaves, drain directly in cold water with a lot of ice to block the color and flavor. Squeeze the basil and whisk it together with the oil. Filter and store the flavored oil in the refrigerator.
