How to cook a pear with nuts and honey
Pears are a very tasty fruit with a rich, rich taste. Various dishes, desserts, pies are prepared from it, baked, added to salads. For lovers of this fruit and unusual desserts, I offer an unrealistically delicious option for cooking pears.
Prepare the pear. We’ll wash it well, wipe it dry. Then cut it lengthwise into 5-6 pieces (it all depends on the size of the pear), about 1.5 cm. Carefully, so as not to damage the pieces, we extract the bones from the core.
We spread the pieces on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and send it to a preheated oven at 180 degrees. Bake for 10 minutes so that the pear becomes soft.
Finely chop the nuts with a knife or grind them in a blender. Curd cheese is thoroughly kneaded with honey. Mix the cheese with the nuts and mix until smooth.
