Any porridge is primarily a nutritious and at the same time a dietary product. Today we will look at how to cook pearl porridge on water. A hearty dish is well absorbed by the body and will be useful to everyone who wants to lose extra pounds.
To prepare the dish, we will use crushed pearl barley. First, it must be thoroughly rinsed. After that, fill the cereal with water and leave it for a few hours, and preferably overnight for swelling.
Pour cold water into a cooking pot (twice the volume of the swollen pearl barley). Put it to boil on the stove. You can immediately add salt. After boiling the water, pour the pearl barley into the pan. Previously, it needs to be rinsed well. Cook the porridge for forty minutes until fully cooked.
Remove the porridge and add butter to it. Stir until it is completely dissolved.
Now break the chicken eggs into a separate bowl and shake.
Pour the beaten eggs into the porridge and mix again.
