How to make a Pie-shifter with oranges
Oranges are laid out on the bottom of the mold, pour the dough on top, after cooking, turn the pie over and get a pie-shifter. It’s delicious!
Step-by-step recipe

Beat eggs with sugar and salt until fluffy foam. |

Melt butter (margarine can be used) and add to the eggs. Pour in the milk. Mix well. |

Sift flour, mix with baking powder. Gradually add to the egg mass. Gently mix with a wooden or silicone spatula until smooth. |

Wash the oranges, cut them into circles (you can also cut them in half). |

Cover the baking dish with parchment or baking paper, sprinkle with sugar and lay out the oranges. Pour the dough on top. Put in a preheated 180-190 degree oven for 30-40 minutes until golden brown. Readiness can be checked with a toothpick. Remove the finished cake from the mold, let it cool, decorate the top with mint leaves if desired. Bon Appetit! |
