How to make a Peach Pie
Juicy pie with peaches, easy and simple to prepare
Sift into the flour and add baking powder. Next , add the melted butter and 2 tbsp .spoons of sour cream. Knead the dough. It should be soft and elastic. We send it to the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Wash the peaches, divide in half, remove the bones, peel and cut into slices / cubes.
Now prepare the filling, add the egg, sugar and whisk. Add 3 tablespoons of starch, mix.
We take out the dough, divide it into two unequal parts, remove the smaller part to the side, roll out most of it and put it in a mold, distribute it along the bottom and form high sides (it is more convenient to roll out the dough, then put it in a mold).
We spread the prepared peaches on the base of the pie and pour the egg filling on top.
The rest of the dough is rolled out and cut into thin strips and spread out in a pattern (as in the photo).
Well, it remains only to send the pie to the oven, preheated to 180 ° C. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until tender. We cool the finished cake without removing it from the mold.
Decorate the cake with a peach, that is, we form a rose from a peach. Divide the peach in half, remove the bone, thinly cut into slices and, without separating them, straighten with a fan. Then we wrap it with a flower.
