How to cook Pizza on yeast dough with cucumbers and sausage
Knead the yeast dough for pizza on dry yeast. Let’s let the dough stand in the heat for a couple of hours, and then cook a delicious pizza from it. The filling will require smoked sausage, pickled cucumber and cheese. Pizza on yeast dough turns out to be soft, juicy and satisfying.
Knead the dough for pizza. In warm water (38 degrees), we pour dry yeast and sugar. Stir, leave in the heat for 15 minutes. Break the egg into the yeast mass, add salt, mix. Sift the flour in parts, mix immediately. When the ingredients come together in a lump, add soft butter to the dough. We continue kneading the dough on the table. We transfer the dough to a bowl, tighten it with cling film and put it away for 2 hours in the heat. After every hour, knead the dough. This amount of dough is enough for 2 large pizzas.
Half of the dough is rolled into a round layer. We put it on a baking sheet. Bend to the center of the edge.
For the sauce, mix the tomato paste with water. Grease the pizza with sauce.
We cut the sausage into thin bars, the cucumber into cubes. We distribute the filling on a greased basis.
Sprinkle the ingredients with grated cheese.
We load the pizza on yeast dough into the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
