How to cook Pork cutlets with onions at home
Pork cutlets are a delicious homemade dish. Onions give tenderness and juiciness to cutlets, and to make the dish more lush, it is worth adding bread crumb. This is a versatile second course that will brighten up an everyday lunch and a festive dinner.
It is better not to use ready-made minced pork for the dish — it is too greasy. Take high-quality lean pork pulp (ham, neck). Twist the meat grinder together with onions and bread crumb. It is worth soaking the bread with milk in advance, but if you add milk to the minced meat, then nothing terrible will happen. Add spices and eggs. Mix the minced pork thoroughly.
Pour the breadcrumbs on a plate for breading. We form medium-sized cutlets — this way they will fry faster, remaining juicy inside. We roll pork cutlets in breadcrumbs.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and reduce the gas to medium. Spread the boneless cutlets and fry for 5 minutes on one side. Now we turn over and fry the same amount. Next, cover with a lid and bring the cutlets to readiness — another 5 minutes.
Cutlets must be served hot to the table. The ideal side dish will be mashed potatoes, but pasta and any porridge are perfectly combined with pork cutlets. Enjoy your meal.
