How to cook Potato patties stuffed with mushrooms and onions
Hearty potato patties stuffed with mushrooms and onions are suitable both for dinner and for a snack. Such cutlets are best served with sour cream or with any sauce.
Peel the potatoes, boil in salted water until tender.
Grind the finished potatoes, add butter. Mix it up. Allow to cool slightly.
Wash the mushrooms, cut into pieces. Peel the onion, cut into pieces as well.
Pour vegetable oil on a hot frying pan. Lay out the onion, fry until golden brown. Put the mushrooms to the onion, add salt, and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Add egg and flour to the mashed potatoes and mix.
