How to cook Potato muffins with ham
In this recipe, I will tell you how to quickly and deliciously cook potato muffins with ham.
Step-by-step recipe
1. |
Preparation of potatoes: We take out our potatoes and wash them with warm water. We take a cleaner and get rid of the peel, then rinse with water again. We take a vegetable grater and rub all the potatoes on a large nozzle. We throw all the grated potatoes into a bowl and leave them on the table.
Three zucchini on a grater. We throw it into a colander, let the excess liquid drain.
|
2. |
Mass preparation: Take a deep bowl and two eggs. We break up and leave the yolk together with the protein in a bowl. Add vegetable oil. I take olive oil and a little salt, just for your taste. Beat all the ingredients in a bowl either with a whisk by hand or with a mixer at the lowest speed.
|
3. |
Preparation of the mixture: In the same bowl, sift all our flour through a strainer, stirring our mass periodically so that there are no lumps. Next, pour baking powder and kefir. mix everything again either with a whisk or a blender, then add all the grated potatoes.
|
4. |
Adding ham: We take our ham and a knife. On the board, we cut our ham into small cubes. You don’t have to try too hard on the form. Then add the ham to the overall mixture. At this stage, you can add additional grated cheese to the mass.
|
5. |
Cooking in the oven: We take silicone molds for cupcakes or muffins and add a mixture of ingredients to each. Put it on a baking sheet and then in the oven. Muffins are cooked for 20 minutes at 210 degrees.
|
6. |
Supply: We take out our ready-made muffins from the molds and serve them on a separate plate.
