How to cook Potato pancakes (draniki)
Every person, I think, adored mom’s draniki as a child. Now we will prepare them.
We take potatoes. First, peel and wash the potatoes.
Onions can be added or not added, according to your taste. Grate the potatoes on a fine grater. Finely chop the onion or chop it in the bowl of a blender.
The potato stood for a while and gave the juice. Now this juice must be thoroughly squeezed and drained. Combine the onion and potatoes.
Then add salt, ground black pepper to taste. If you want, you can add other seasonings at your discretion.
Add a couple of spoonfuls of flour and break the egg, mix thoroughly. If the potatoes continue to give juice, you can add a little more flour.
Now we start frying draniki. First, pour a little vegetable oil into a preheated frying pan. And we begin to fry until cooked on both sides, putting a couple of spoons in the pan.
