How to cook Potato pancakes with bacon

Peeled raw potatoes are rubbed with a fine grater. It is worth draining the separating liquid, the easiest way is to discard the potato mass on a sieve for 5 minutes.
Add egg and flour to the grated potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything well and evenly.
Spread small pancakes with a spoon on the oil heated in a frying pan. Fry on each side to obtain a golden crust. When all the pancakes are cooked, it became necessary to fry thin slices of bacon.
Finely chop dill and green onions, add to sour cream (if you don’t like greens, you can do without it, but garlic is desirable). Squeeze the garlic into the sauce and mix well. We serve pancakes with bacon on a plate, and the sauce can be poured on top, or served in a special sauce pan.
