How to make a layered salad with fried mushrooms and smoked chicken
From ordinary products, we will prepare a tender, hearty and savory layered salad with fried mushrooms, smoked chicken, eggs and cheese. It will be eaten by your guests first of all, because it is incredibly delicious.
Hard-boiled eggs, take out, cool and cut into medium-sized cubes.
Peel and finely chop the onion.
Wash the mushrooms, cut into cubes.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and put the onion. Fry the onion until transparent.
