First you need to defrost the dough, it is best to defrost at room temperature. Then, using a cutting or a knife, cut out the hearts from the dough. In the center, make several punctures with a fork so that the dough does not rise during baking. |

Cut the sausages into rings. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. |

We spread the heart-shaped cheese on the dough, leaving a centimeter (or more, depending on the size of your puff) without filling. We put sausages on top. |

Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and spread the puffs on it. In a bowl, shake the egg well and lubricate the puffs around the edges. |
