How to cook Puffs with cheese and sausages
Puff pastry is always a win-win option. Dishes always turn out delicious, you can take any filling, sweet, salty, meat, vegetable, fruit, and besides, it is prepared very easily and quickly. I suggest another option for making puff pastry with sausages in the shape of hearts.
First you need to defrost the dough, it is best to defrost at room temperature. Then, using a cutting or a knife, cut out the hearts from the dough. In the center, make several punctures with a fork so that the dough does not rise during baking.
Cut the sausages into rings. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
We spread the heart-shaped cheese on the dough, leaving a centimeter (or more, depending on the size of your puff) without filling. We put sausages on top.
Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and spread the puffs on it. In a bowl, shake the egg well and lubricate the puffs around the edges.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. We send the baking sheet to bake for 15-20 minutes until it is ready and ruddy (the time depends on the capabilities of your oven and the size of the baking).
