How to cook Quiche with salmon and broccoli
Kish is a French cuisine pastry. This is an open pie with filling and egg filling. There are many filling options, but especially delicious and juicy salmon and broccoli filling. This pie is perfect for a glass of white wine in a pleasant company. Salmon can be replaced with salmon or any other red fish. Broccoli is best used fresh. To prepare the dough for the kish, mix the flour with cold chopped butter, salt and cold water. Knead the dough, roll it into a ball, wrap it with cling film and send it to the refrigerator for 1 hour. |

Disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences, put it in boiling salted water for 3-4 minutes. Take it out and leave it to cool on the table. |

Roll out the dough with a thickness of 5 mm and transfer to a round shape with a diameter of 25 centimeters. Form the sides, pierce in several places with a fork and send it to bake in a preheated 180C oven for 15 minutes. |

Loosen the salmon from the bones, cut into small pieces. Disassemble the broccoli into small inflorescences. Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater. Mix broccoli with salmon and cheese. |
